The response to Shooto "Rookies VI was so enormous that we could register an absolute participant record. 53 athletes from France, Holland and all over Germany are fully registered so far and another 39 athletes are registered without having paid the entry fee yet.
With 92 registered athletes Shooto "Rookies VI" on January 30th in Reutlingen is beyond any scope and it is not possible for us to organize an event with so many fighters in the current situation with Corona. For this reason I have decided with a heavy heart to close the registration for the event early. Only the 53 completely registered athletes will be able to start on January 30th.
We will of course announce a date for another Shooto "Rookies" in the coming days, so that we can give all athletes the opportunity to fight actively in Shooto Germany in the current season.
The brackets for Shooto "Rookies VI" will be published as planned on Friday before the event. All news about this and upcoming events of Shooto Germany can of course be found here on Kakutogi.
