SHOOTO "Rookies V" registration stop

With the first Shooto Event in the German Top Team Since the Corona Lockdown in Germany, "Rookies V" is experiencing an enormous rush right now. Too much of a rush, because we have to make sure that participants, attendants and officials stay safe and are not exposed to any unnecessary risk. With currently 36 complete registrations I have to pull the ripcord today and set a registration stop. From now on no more entries can be completed or new entries made. I ask for understanding from all teams and athletes, but the safety of all participants comes first.

Due to the enormous demand, however, I have decided that already in November another "Rookies" should take place with us. I hope that the other athletes will then also take the opportunity to participate in time, however, I will not allow more than 35 entries here. A date will follow this week.

In addition, we ask all teams to please take note of the following information and be sure to adhere to it:

1. Athletes or attendants with symptoms of illness, elevated temperature (above 37.5°) or visible signs of illness will not be allowed into the premises. For this reason, the door to the Academy will not be opened until 30 minutes before the start of the weigh-in. Upon entering the premises, body temperature will be taken in advance. Persons who do not agree to these measures will not be allowed to enter the premises.
2. Each team is allowed to bring only 2 (two) supervisors! Coaches and athletes must wear a mouth/nose covering to enter the premises. Teams are only allowed to enter with two attendants and all fighters at the same time.
3. While in the premises EACH person must wear a mouth/nose covering. Exceptions are athletes in preparation for the fights from putting on the protective equipment until taking off the protective equipment after the fight.
4. Caregivers must wear mouth/nose coverings at all times.
5. All persons on the premises are required to keep their distance, to disinfect their hands after each activity.
6. The showers in our premises may NOT be used.
7. All valid rules and regulations of the state of Baden-Württemberg regarding the Corona Ordinance must be complied with.

We also ask all fighters and supervisors to adhere to the specified times. The premises will always be aired and we ask to avoid unnecessary leaving and entering the premises.
