Seminars and Open Mat at new opening GTT NRW

The German Top Team NRWwhich opened less than a year ago, is moving. After the old location in Vluyn had quickly grown out of its infancy, BJJ Blackbelt and professional shooter Florian Lenz looked around for a larger and better connected location. From 01 September the GTT in NRW will open its doors in the Pascalstraße 5 in Neukirchen-Vluyn. On 225 square meters a rich training offer in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, Luta Livre and Shooto (MMA) will offer the martial arts enthusiasts everything their heart desires. And of course also again with the popular children's training!

For the new opening after the move Florian Lenz has directly thought of something great. A whole day with Open Mat and three mini seminars in BJJ, Luta Livre and Shooto will make this day a real Grapple Fiesta for all ground fighters and MMA enthusiasts. Especially for this, his longtime trainer and friend Peter Angerer will travel from Reutlingen and will be available for the participants together with Florian. And the schedule has it in itself:

• 10.00 - 11.00 OpenMat
• 11.00 - 12.00 LutaLivre Seminar
• 12.00 - 13.00 OpenMat
• 13.00 - 14.00 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Seminar
• 14.00 - 15.00 OpenMat
• 15.00 - 16.00 Shooto MMA Seminar

While anyone interested will have the opportunity to roll with Peter and Florian during Open Mat times, the seminars will provide insight into the technical intricacies of the sport.
