Alpen BJJ from Kempten is at the start

The grapplers from Allgäu train under BJJ and Luta Livre black belt Daniel Brauchle and have been one of the strongest teams in southern Germany for years. Especially in the more exotic - but also submission oriented - labels, the Allgäu are always to be found on the podium. Now the Kemptner send a furious quintet with Rising Sun 3 to the start (from left to right in the picture):

Sebastian Hetterich

Not much is known about the fighter from Allgäu. Only a defeat on points at the ADCC Super Series in February can be found via Sebastian. This probably entitles him to "secret weapon" status in the Grappling Team Survival Match at Rising Sun 3.

Ivan Zovko

Alpen BJJ has also not announced much about the 2nd man in the team. It is only known that Ivan could win a bronze medal at the "Grappling Royale" and also at Shooto Rookies. So the Allgäuer set on "Undercover Mission" when they send their fighters on the mat on 26.02.. Also with Ivan we are very curious what awaits us there.

Paul Schubert

The third ninja in the group is Paul Schubert, who is active in both grappling and Shooto. On his account are so far a silver and a bronze medal at the "Grappling Royale" and also with him one looks in vain for further information.

Michael Haupert

Quite different from the team captain of the quintet Michael Haupert. Michael is known throughout Germany and has attracted attention especially as champion of the "Young Blood Night" in MMA. The BJJ brown belt from Munich is an old acquaintance in the German MMA scene and should probably be the strongest fighter in the team of Alpen BJJ.

Dominik Ammann

The taillight in the team is another "ghost" in the person of Dominik Ammann, about whom you can find virtually nothing on the net. The team of Alpen BJJ relies entirely on mystery and makes it extremely difficult for the other teams to adjust to the fighters from Kempten. It remains to be seen whether this tactic will work against top teams from the German Top Team School Network will rise.
