Wrestling coach Valentin Stephan, together with the newly crowned "Best Professional Wrestler" of the GTT Awards 2020 Markus Held, has once again developed new techniques in the course "Enter the Dragon" followed up.
Valentin and Markus will regularly expand and extend this course, so that in the course of time "Enter the Dragon" will become a standard work for the wrestling elements in Grappling and Shooto.
In total, the "Pummeling" section alone now includes seven techniques, which help all course participants, from beginners to professional fighters, to improve their wrestling significantly and quickly.
