Yesterday, Saturday, in the Force Field Mainz-Kastel the Shooto season 2020 with the 4th West German Amateur Shooto Championships - hosted by the Suum Cuique Mainz - opened. With a loud bang fighters from Germany and Luxembourg met and showed in 18 technically very high-quality encounters the entire range of Shooto. Especially in the highly competitive lightweight class one got to see incredibly strong fights. Of 18 fights in total, 10 fights were decided early by submission and two were finished by KO/TKO.

Already in 4 weeks the 5th South German Amateur Shooto Championships will take place at the German Top Team HQ in Reutlingen on 29.02.2020. Entries from fighters are still being accepted on Smoothcomp.
